FADA is seeking a high energy, tech-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our small administrative team in a full-time capacity.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of association or related experience, preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong computer/technical skills, other than Microsoft Office, can include but not limited to: WordPress, Campaign Monitor, Google Business, Adobe Creative Suite, or Salesforce

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating/drafting e-mail newsletter, articles and member communications through Campaign Monitor and other media platforms
  • Generating print and digital member promotional mailings
  • Organizing and promoting online webinars with partner companies
  • Managing website articles, graphics and video
  • Assisting with fundraising for charitable foundation and political PAC
  • Help maintain and update membership database information
  • Assist with other office duties
  • Limited travel may be required
